Due to a research stay abroad, we sublet our flat in Berlin Schöneberg for seven months, from 01.10.21 to 30.04.22.

The fully renovated flat is located in Schöneberg in the Rote Insel, one of the neighborhood's nicest and most central areas. The S-Bahn is within walking distance (Julius-Leber-Brücke, Südkreuz), the closest U-Bahn is Kleistpark (13 minutes on foot), and many bus stops are even closer. Good connections to both Humboldt and Freie-Universität You can find all sorts of supermarkets, bars, and restaurants in the area.

The flat has a surface of 61 m2. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped (Einbauküche). The bathroom has a large window, a bathtub, and it is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.

The bedroom's window overlooks a very calm courtyard (no noise during the night). It has a high-quality futon and tatami set and a desk.

The large living room (25 m2) is well lit and equipped with a comfortable new sofa-bed. Plants and books will welcome you in a warm atmosphere.

We offer our flat at 1050€/ month the net price we pay including all bills. The deposit is 1050€. We are looking for reliable and easy-going tenants, ideally a quiet couple or a single person. The flat is not suitable for sharing (no WGs). Registration (Anmeldung beim Bürgeramt) possible.

Non-smokers preferred. No pets allowed (unfortunately!).
