Sublet in Berlin for nature / winter lovers and adventureres!!!

Hallo,
Wir vermieten unser gemütliches Haus für zwei Monate von Februar bis Ebde März. Das Haus ist auf einer Insel, die eine Insel im Havelfluss ist in der Nähe von Rathaus Spandau ist. Es gibt einen Paddel-/ abholservice mit einem Rudelboot, um auf die Insel zu kommen. Die Insel befindet sich in einem Narurreservart. Man kann dort gut schwimmen oder angeln.
Keine 5 Minuten von der Insel entfernt, gibt es die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, die auch in der Nacht fahren. (Von dort 30 min. nach Mitte, 40 min nach Neukölln und 45 min nach Friedrichshain.) Auch befinden sich mehrere Supermärkte, Bäcker und Apotheke in der Nähe.

Das Haus selbst besteht aus drei Zimmer. Ein Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Küche mit Sitz- und Essecke. Toiletten und Bad werden mit anderen Inselbewohnern geteilt. Es gibt sowohl eine Waschmaschine und einen Wäschetrockner.
Internet ist via 4G oder einem Internetstick möglich.
Sowohl für eine einzelne Person also auch für ein Paar ist das Haus ideal.
Die monatliche Miete ist 310 Euro+ ca.50-70 Eur Gas, Strom und Wasser.

Hey everyone

We are subleting our cozy home in Berlin for the winter and spring. The house is located in an Island in the midst of the Havel River in Spandau area (NorthWest) Berlin!

Area is full nature and really charming. If you want to relaxe from the huge city, this is a perfect place.

You reach the island by a rowing boat. (Good for people who can swim and are not scared for water ;) )

Two minutes away from the riverside is a public transportation where also exist night buses. From there it's 20min to Charlottenburg, 30min to Mitte and about 40min to Neukölln / Kreuzberg/ Friedrichshain.

Five minutes away is a Pharmacy and a few supermarkets.

The house has a sleeping room (with a budest), a living room and a kitchen. The house is fully furnished and is heated by a gas oven. The house has no running water, but in the kitchen is a sideboard (with a selfmade construction), where you have the possibility to wash hands and wash dishes. Toilets, bathroom, laundry and dryer are shared and communal.
The house has also a front porch where you can sit to enjoy the sun and where you can have barbecue.

Internet is possible with web stick or 4 G, if you have one.

From the house is less than 20m to the river water, where u can swim and fish (if you're into such kind of things).

The house is perfect for a couple or a singel person.

We would like to sublet it for two months. From beginning or middle of February till End of March.
The monthly rent will be 310 Euros without electricity, water and gas. (Electricity, water and gas bills are mostly all together in the winter months around 50-70 Euros.
There is also a deposit for 150 Euros to pay.
