Hey ihr Lieben :)
wir suchen ab dem 20.7. bis Ende August (vielleicht länger) eine*n Zwischenmieti. Du würdest mit Phia (dey/denen) zusammenwohnen, Phia mag Kaktuseis und stickern, lohnarbeitet mit wohnungslosen Menschen, und ist sonst auch sehr nett.
Außerdem schaut immer wieder die Katze Anuk vorbei, die dann auch ihre Haare in der Wohnung lässt.
Die Miete vom 20.7. - 31.8. wäre 550€. Wir suchen momentan nur FLINTA* Personen.
Schaut euch bitte die Lage an, Steglitz ist etwas weiter draußen als F-Hain :)

we are looking for an intermediate tenant from 20.7. until the end of August (maybe longer). You would live with Phia (they/them), Phia likes cactus ice cream and stickers, works for wages with homeless people, and is otherwise also very nice.
In addition, the cat Anuk always drops by, and then also leaves her hair in the apartment.
The rent from 20.7. - 31.8. would be 550€. FLINTA* only atm.
Please look at the location, Steglitz is a little further out than F-Hain :)
Ruhiges Kiez, ein schöner Park und der Botanische Garten sind in der Nähe. An der Schlossstr findet man viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. An der Hauptstraße wird gebaut, davon bekommt man in der Wohnung aber nichts mit. (Hinterhaus)
Das lauteste sind die Vögel im Innenhof :)
