I live in a 2-room flat and am currently looking for a person to share it with! Preferably, an English speaking female student, but that's not a requirement.
My former flatmate has taken the decision to return to their home country, so I will be very glad to share the apartment with someone nice since April :) Basically, the room is already empty and ready for moving in.
It's a 14 sq m room with furniture (there is also a table, it's just not in the picture). City registration is possible. The price is 530 euros (all included: rent of 500 + Internet bills, 20 euros per person + radio spot tax, which is all over Germany and is around 9 euros per person). There is a deposit of 300 euros. The room is clean, warm, and cozy. Also, the apartment has a balcony, so that it will be possible to spend some rest time there during warmer seasons. A real advantage of this flat is a spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.
The flat is located in the Zehlendorf district. Around 7 minutes to the bus stops,15 minuties to the Zehlendorf train station. The supermarket is around the corner. There is a river and a park nearby.
I am a Master's student myself and work 3 times a week. Really enjoy bike rides and nature! I neither smoke (and don't like the smell of cigarettes), nor drink alcohol (but I am absolutely tolerant, if other people do). We can communicate in English (and I am from Russia originally). I am also trying to learn German, but it will take some time.
Looking for a good person, who would be nice to live with and keep the apartment clean together. Preferably, female student as well.
Would be really willing to spend some quality time together on the weekends. We can go to the cinema, the city center or simply to the river bank. But, of course, anyone needs their personal space from time to time as well.
I am looking for a long-term flatmate (at least 6 months).
