2 Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon für den Sommer

Ich vermiete meine 2-Zimmer Wohnung vom ca. 28.06.-31.08. unter, plus minus Tage auch möglich. Preis wird dann angepasst.
Die sonnige, ruhige und gemütliche Wohnung mit Balkon liegt mit guter Anbindung in Steglitz/Lichterfelde.
Der Bus 188 ist direkt vor der Tür und auch zur S-Bahn Botanischer Garten braucht man nur ca. 8 Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele Richtung S-Bahn Lichterfelde West, ca.10 Minuten.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Hochparterre.

Da ich mit meinem Freund zusammenziehe, nehme ich das meiste an Möbeln mit.
Bis jetzt ist noch nicht klar, was genau in der Wohnung bleibt.
Bett und Esstisch werden allerdings sicher mitgenommen.
Den Rest seht ihr auf den Bildern, wenn ihr etwas unbedingt in der Wohnung haben wollt, kann darüber gesprochen werden.
Die Küche ist vom Vermieter und bleibt auch, so wie der 4 Feld Herd und Backofen.
Die Waschmaschine steht in der Küche, welche auch bleibt.
Das Badezimmer bietet eine Badewanne in der man auch duschen kann.

Gesucht wird eine ruhige Person welche für ein Praktikum oder die Arbeit eine Unterkunft sucht. Partys sind in der Wohnung nicht erwünscht, da spätestens um 22.01 Uhr die Nachbarn vor der Tür stehen. Abende mit Freunden sind aber gar kein Problem.

I would like to temporarily sub rent my 2-bedroom apartment during the time from 28.06.-31.08. The dates are relatively flexible, please just specify your desired period.
The sunny, quiet and cozy apartment with a balcony is located with good connections in Steglitz/Lichterfelde.
The bus 188 is directly in front of the door and to the S-Bahn Botanischer Garten you need only about 8 minutes.
There are some grocery shops in the direction of the S-Bahn Lichterfelde West, about 10 minutes.
The apartment is located on the ground floor.

As I'm moving in with my boyfriend, I'm taking most of the furniture with me.
It's not yet clear what exactly will stay in the flat.
However, the bed and dining table will definitely be going with me.
You can see the rest in the pictures, if you absolutely want something in the flat, we can talk about it.
The kitchen is from the landlord and will stay, as will the 4 ring stove and oven.
The washing machine is in the kitchen and will remain.
The bathroom has a bathtub in which you can also take a shower.

Wanted is a quiet person who is looking for accommodation for an internship or work. Parties are not desired in the apartment, because at the latest at 22.01 o'clock the neighbors will stand before the door. But evenings with friends are no problem at all.
