The apartment is available from 01-APR-2016 and will be rented out for 1 year with an option to extend. The minimum rental is 6 months.
The cold rent (without water and heating) is €475. For a second person: +€ 50
The warm rent - €570. Electricity is charged according to consumption, with an advanced payment - €35. An official rental agreement is guaranteed, with at least 1 month period of notice). Deposit: €1425.

There are 3 Bus lines (M76/187/181) in 50 meters away from the apartment. S-Bahn Feuerbachstrasse (S1) can be reached by foot in only 5 min.
