Ich vermiete unsere schöne helle 2-Zimmer-Wohnung für den Zeitraum vom 23. August - 30. September 2017 +/-5 Tage.
Beide Zimmer sind ca. 20m² groß und vollmöbliert. Das Wohnzimmer lässt sich ggf. ebenfalls zu einem Schlafzimmer umwandeln, da die Couch sich zu einem 1,40m-breiten und bequemen Klappbett umfunktionieren lässt. Das Zimmer hat außerdem Zugang zu einem schönen Balkon.
Die Miete beträgt 600 € pro Monat inkl. aller Nebenkosten. Jede weitere Woche kostet 100 €.
I sublet my apartment with two beautiful rooms (each one around 20m²) for the time between 23rd of August to 30th of September 2017, but I am flexible if you have to arrive or stay a few days longer or less.
The rooms are completely furnished, the living room could be used as a bedroom as well, if needed. The sofa can be unfold and used as a comfortable bed. From the living room you can also enter a nice balcony.
The rent is 600€ per month, including all costs. + 100 € for every additional week
Die nächste Bushaltestelle erreicht man in nicht einmal einer Minute und ist so am Rathaus Steglitz/Schloßstr. in 5 Minuten (S1, U9 ca. 12 Minuten bis zum Zoo) und an der S-Bahnstation Südende (S25) in 3 Minuten/10 Minuten zu Fuß. Von hieraus braucht man 15 Minuten bis zur Friedrichstraße.
Es gibt sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die zu Fuß in 3 Minuten erreichbarsind (Reichelt, Penny, Bäcker, Spätkauf etc.)
There is a busstop to reach in less than 1 minute. With the bus it takes you 5 Minutes to the next tramstation (U9,S1) and 3 minutes to the next S-Bahn-station (S25, Südende).
Supermarkets are just across the street.
Gerne würde ich die Wohnung an ein nettes Pärchen, eine kleine Familie oder an eine Einzelperson vermieten, aber wie gesagt ist es auch kein Problem, die Wohnung als WG mit zwei Schlafzimmern zu nutzen.
The apartment can be used by one person, a couple or a family. In case you want to share the apartment with friends, you can use the living room as a second bedroom.
