As I have found a new flat to live with my fiancee so my current roommate and I want to transfer our currently apartment from July 1st to October 10th. After the expiration, you can renew the contract with the landlord yourself (need to communicate with the landlord).
Size: The house is about 60 square meter flat, contains a basement, two bedrooms: one is 20 square meters and the other is 25 with balcony, a wide kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub.
