Looking for a quiet, green place to live close by the city? We are subletting our beautiful 84sqm Altbau apartment on the 2nd floor at Stadtpark Steglitz from Jan 25, 2022, till March 16, 2022. It’s equipped with brand-new high-quality contemporary furniture and kitchen, wooden floors, renovated bathroom, balcony, and park views. The bedroom has a cozy king-size bed with divided spring mattresses plus a gel top, the modern kitchen has a Siemens dishwasher, AEG oven, fridge, plus storage with a washing machine, a dryer in the basement, and everything else you might need to live well and cook nice meals. The bathroom has ceramic tiling and a walk-in shower, as well as a bathtub. High-speed WIFI, 43” TV in the bedroom. Two home office stations. One Bruno sleeping couch with spring mattress. Two bicycles for rent (optional).
The apartment is located at Stadtpark Steglitz in a stunningly green pocket and in walking distance from Schloßstrasse, one of Berlin’s most famous shopping streets. Steglitz is famous for great cafes, restaurants, theater, cinema, exhibitions, markets on Sundays. Grunewald and Wannsee are about 20 min by bicycle for walks, hikes, and forest air. The next subway station is S1 + U9 Rathaus Steglitz and 15 min away, it takes you to Berlin Zoo in 20 minutes. Car share apps and rollers are available. Bike path to Kreuzberg and Mitte.
You can rent two bikes for 200,- EUR extra per month.
