This house is based in Tegel, 1 minute from the lake and 5 minutes from a big forest. A rarity in Berlin, and worth the 40 minutes it takes to get into central Berlin (Walking to the ubahn included) You are 13 minutes walk to the nearest ubahn.

Living between two rivers and next to a lake, outside is a strip of land devoted to wildlife. You'll regularly spot swans, fish, foxes and herrons.

Every type of supermarket (bio, non bio) and amenities store is within walking distance. A market with fresh meats, cheeses and vegetables is inside a complex within Tegel too. There are traditional german restaurants in the neighbourhood, as well as a great italian and croatian restaurant. If you're a cafe addict you've got plenty of options too.

You'll be living with four other flatmates aged 22 to 37.
German, English and Italian is spoken.

The head tenant wishes for a socializing house where people don't lock themselves away behind closed doors. Never the less I found privacy is always respected.

There is a cleaner who comes every two weeks, which costs ten euros per person.
Costs for everyday products we all use is 5 euros per month.

The Internet speed is 100mbps. Washing machine is brand new too, but no dryer. Clothes dry quickly in the wash room with plenty of access to sunlight.
