We are looking someone for a long-term sublet. The contract is initially limited to one year. If everything is okay, the apartment can be rented indefinitely after this initial period! The minimum rental period is one year.
The apartment is 'partially furnished,' but ready for living: We will only take the entire living room with us. All other furniture and electrical items remain in the apartment and can be taken over.
This includes: The complete bedroom with a large wardrobe and a 2x2-meter bed; the complete kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, and refrigerator; as well as the complete balcony.
All utility costs are already included in the rent, including electricity and internet.

The apartment is situated amidst beautiful old buildings and streets. In the immediate vicinity are several lovely parks, perfect for jogging. There are countless restaurants, cafes, bakeries, doctors' offices, as well as the shopping center Tempelhofer Hafen nearby.
