Wir sind ab 15.12. bis 15.02. unterwegs und suchen netten Zwischenmieter für unsere möblierte Wohnung in Tempelhof.
Alles Vorhanden: Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Kochutensilien etc.
Es gibt ein großes helles Wohnzimmer mit angrenzendem Balkon und ein angrenzendes Schlafzimmer mit einem 1,40m Doppelbett.
Vorsicht: Die Wohnung ist im 5. Stock ohne Aufzug!
Park direkt daneben, gute Anbindung zum Ring durch U6 oder mit dem Fahrrad (im Hof kann man das abschliessen). Kostenloser Parkplatz für Autos ist 3 gehmiuten entfernt, man findet vor 19 uhr immer sehr leicht einen platz.
Bitte nur melden wenn: du mindestens einen vollen Monat einziehen willst.

We will be traveling from December 15th until February 15thand are looking for a nice temporary tenant for our furnished apartment in Tempelhof.
Everything is available: washing machine, dishwasher, cooking utensils, etc.
There is a large, bright living room with an adjoining balcony and an adjoining bedroom with a 1.40m double bed.
Caution: The apartment is on the 5th floor without an elevator!
A Park is right next to it, good connection to the ring via U6 or by bike (you can lock it in the courtyard). Parking your car is free 2 minutes away and you always find a spot before 19:00
Please only report if: you want to move in for at least a full month.
In Tempelhof direkt neben Park, gut erreichbar, super parkmöglichkeiten. 5. Stock ohne Aufzug, dafür sehr schöne Wohnung. REWE quasi nebenan.

In Tempelhof right next to the park, easily accessible, great parking options. 5th floor without elevator, but very nice apartment. REWE is right there.
Bitte nur melden wenn ihr Zwischenmiete sucht! die wohnung ist nur vom 15.12. bis zum 15.02. verfügbar, mindestens einen Monat zu mieten. Besichtigung jederzeit möglich. Lass uns zuerst telefonieren bitte.
