We are looking for a Nachmieter for a 44m2 partly furnished apartment on Nackenheimer Weg, Tempelhof/Neukoelln. The apartment consists of a large living room, a smaller bedroom, a kitchen (with fridge, counter-top oven, sink), a bathroom/WC (shower, no bath), and a small entrance hallway. There is also a cellar available for storage etc. The Nebenkosten includes central heating and water, but not electricity and Phone/Internet. The kaltmiete is 359euro per month, which including the nebenkosten (heating, water, and building administration and maintenance fees) of 181euro per month, makes the total warmmiete 540euro per month. The flat would be ideal for a single person or a couple.
The flat is situated right on the border of both Neukoelln and Tempelhof, and is less than 1km from Hermannstrasse S/U-bahnhof (U8/S41/S42/S45/S46/S47/M44). The 246/277/N79 buslines are all accessible and are just a few mins by foot.
There is an Aldi, and a Lidl less than 500m away, with a Kaisers, a DM, an Apotheke, and many other amenities next to Hermannstrasse station. Tempelhofer Feld is also less than 1km from the door, which is perfect in summer.
As we are moving out of Berlin, there may also be an opportunity to buy some of our furniture that we would be leaving behind us. This includes a sofa and an armchair, a coffee table, a dining table and 2 chairs, garden chairs, a large bed with a mattress, a large shelf, and 2 clothes racks. There is also a compact washing machine for sale separately/together. If you wanted to take everything, we would sell it all for around 120€.
