This is a very nice apartment in the center of Berlin, close to Potsdamer Platz (15 mins walking distance), Kurfürstendamm (15 mins max walking), and nice Nollendorfplatz /Winterfeldplatz (10 mins max walking). The public transportation is right in front of the door, so within 5 mins by public transportation, you could reach any place above.

The apartment is on the second floor of an old renovated building (Sanierter Altbau), the apartment was newly renovated also two years ago.

There is a separate kitchen, a bathroom, a big living room and a small bedroom within the living room. You could also make it two rooms to separate the bedroom and living room if you want.

I have published the advertisement earlier last week and there were so many people who were interested. However, after a thorough consideration, now I’m only considering those who plan to stay long (at least one year) and would like to buy some of the furniture as indicated in the pictures above, which includes the bed (boxspring high-end), the table, cabinets, sofa, (all Italian high-end brand), and also all lights and washing machine and kitchen supplies, stereo system etc .
