Suchen für 3 Monate einen Untermieter für unsere Wohnung. Ihr habt in beiden Zimmern eine Deckenhöhe von 3,5m und sie sind zu verschiedenen Zeiten sonnig aber immer hell. Die beiden großen Zimmer verfügen über Dielenböden und im Flur und Küche ist Laminat verlegt. Stuck ist in einem Zimmer vorhanden.
Verkehrstechnisch ist die Wohnung super angebunden. In der Nähe habt ihr den U-Bhf. Turmstr, eine Ringbahnstatiion (Westhafen) und etwas weiter weg den S-Bhf. Bellevue.
Zum Einkaufen laden euch ein riesiger Edeka Supermarkt ein, versch. Discounter, versch. Feinkostläden aus Türkei, Asien und Korea ein und wenn ihr abends noch Hunger habt, dann findet ihr auf der Turmstr ein großes Angebot an Lokalitäten versch. Länder.

We are looking for a subtenant for 3 months. The flat is in Lübecker Str. in Tiergarten. The old house (Altbau) was renewed 7 years ago and the flat is
in the first floor. Both rooms have a ceilling heigth of 3,5m and the rooms are bright (You can enjoy sunshine at several times in the rooms) and have wooden floors.
The nearest metro is the U-Turmstr. but also a Ringbahnstation is not so far away. For shopping you have a huge Edeka supermarket, several discounters and grocerys from turkey, asia and korea. And if you are hungry at night you will always find something to eat on the Turmstr.
Closeby you find the Spree (river of Berlin) where you can have a nice walk or go jogging their. Also the Tiergarten (Berlin's largest park) you can reach by foot.
The flat will be subletted full equipped (Washing machine, dish washer, internet via Wifi, TV). If needed we can also provide some baby furnitures.

Der nächste U-Bahnhof ist keine 5 Minuten entfernt wo auch 5 verschiedene Busse fahren (einer auch nachts aus Friedrichshain). Zur Ring- oder S-Bahn lauft ihr ca. 15 Min.
Ihr habt in der Nähe einen Edeka Supermarkt, einige Discounter und Obst- und Gemüseläden.
Cafés und Restaurants findet ihr auch in der Nähe. Schön ist vor allem die Gegend um die Birkenstr.
Zum Tiergarten und zur Spree ist es fussnah und bei schönem Wetter laden diese euch auf einen schönen Spaziergang ein.
Die Wohnung würden wir gerne gesamt vermieten aber auch eine WG wäre von uns aus ok.
