Netto gibt es auch in ein Minute zu erreichen sowie kaiser in 5 Min. Bushaltestellen nach Berlin Hauptbahnhof, Alexanderplatz und Zoologischer Garten sind in 1 bis 3 Min zu erreichen, sowie ein Mcfit Filiale in 5 Minuten. Gefliestes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche, sowie rühiger Schlafzimmer.
We are looking for a tenant for our 3 room apartment in in Moabit, U Turmstr. The apartment is on the first floor, 1 minute away on foot to the U9 Turmstr. There is a Netto only 1 min away and a Kaiser's 5 mins away. Bus stops to Hauptbahnhof, Alexanderplatz and Zoologischer Garten are reachable within 1-3 min. Also a McFit is 5 minutes away. Wooden floors and a new bathroom both with
shower and a bathtub. The main bedroom is located at the back of the house to the courtyard and is quiet. We currently pay 540 euros for the 77,5 qm but I believe the rent will be 20 to 30 euros higher for the next tenant. Please contact only through emails, I answer fast and on time.
