We are looking for a tenant from 16th of December onwards to rent our very much beloved apartment in Tiergarten (close to Bellevue/ Tiergarten- Hansaplatz).

The apartment seated on the 1st floor (Beletage) in a very nice'n quiet area inside a typical 19th century building (renovated but not overdone). Has 2 rooms + kitchen + hall + bathroom + nice spacious balcony. I am looking for a clean and tidy person/couple for a few months to take care of our apartment. It is in very clean and cared for conditions and I would like to find people willing to keep it that way. No pets allowed, no smoking inside the apartment, no couchsurfing/ nore other subrentals pls.
Rent: 1500 €/month, fully furnished, all expenses included (Heating, Water, Electricity, Internet, Gas & firewood). No extra expenses.
