Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Fabriksgebäude aus dem frühen 20. Jahrhundert im 2. OG und ist durch die großen Fenster Richtung Osten wunderschön lichtdurchflutet. Da es ein Loft ist besteht die Wohnung aus einem großen Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und ist durch eine Wand, an der man beidseitig vorbeigehen kann, vom Schlafzimmer getrennt. Nur das Badezimmer und der Hauswirtschaftsraum in sind separate Räume. Die Deckenhöhe beträgt luftige 3,8m.
Die Wohnung ist stillvoll eingerichtet und voll möbliert: Tisch, Stühle, Bett, Sofa, Schränke, etc.. Auch die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet.

The apartment is located in a former factory building from the early 20th century on the 2nd floor and is beautifully flooded with light through the large windows facing east. As it is a loft, the apartment consists of a large living room with an open kitchen and is separated from the bedroom by a wall that can be passed on both sides. Only the bathroom and the utility room are separate rooms. The ceiling height is an airy 3.8m.
The apartment is stylish and fully furnished: Table, chairs, bed, sofa, cupboards, etc.. Also the kitchen is well equipped.

Durch den Hauptbahnhof der fußläufig in ca. 7min erreichbar ist, ist man super angebunden. Direkt vor der Tür fährt auch ein Bus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt ums Eck. Einen Supermarkt in der Straße und einen Rewe der sogar am Sonntag offen hat im Bahnhof. Spätis gibt es natürlich auch.
Es ist hier sehr ruhig und direkt gegenüber ist ein Park und das beste Spa in Berlin, das Vabali.
Mitte ist nicht weit und nach Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg und Neukölln kommt man mit der ÖNV problemlos.

Through the main station, which can be reached on foot in about 7 minutes, you are well connected. There is also a bus directly in front of the door. There are shopping possibilities directly around the corner. A supermarket in the street and a Rewe which is open even on Sunday in the station. Of course, there are also late hour shop (spätis).
It is very quiet here and directly opposite is a park and the best spa in Berlin, the Vabali.
Mitte is not far and Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg and Neukölln are easily reached by public transport.
