It is located directly on the Spree and the canal, and the Plänterwald is directly opposite. S-Baumschulenweg is a 4-minute walk away, a bus stop is right in front of the house. The apartment is fully furnished: desk with office chair, two comfortable beds (1.80 x 2.00 and 1.40 x 2.00), couch, dining table with swivel chairs, a wardrobe to store your things. 50 MBit WLAN, is ideal for the home office. Bathroom with bath tub and large window. Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, ...
The bedroom and the living room with balcony face the big backyard with trees and are very quiet, good sleep is for sure ;)
The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Baumschulenweg S-Bahn station. Public transport runs from here in all directions: S9 towards Stadtmitte, S8/S85 via Ostkreuz up the Ring, S45/S46 via Neukölln Ring down; bus right outside the front door - to Friedrichshain/Kreuzberg, Treptower Park, in the direction of Neukölln or even further out to Köpenick. Plänterwald as well as Spree & Canal are directly opposite and there are also plenty of shops (Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Kaufland, Dm, Rossmann, etc.)
