Hey, we are planning to spend some time abroad. Is anyone interested in renting our great new top floor flat from Jan - May 2024? The apartment is fully furnished, 2 bedrooms, washing machine, everything you need. The view is fantastic: you are between the sky and lush trees. Even in cloudy weather, it's bright and flooded with light. The roof terrace is a dream, huge and south-west facing, with sun from midday to evening including epic sunsets.
The area is a perfect combination between nature and city life: Neukölln/Kreuzberg with all the goodies to eat and drink is only 10 minutes away by bike. Treptower Park/ Spree are just around the corner (Zenner/ Insel der Jugend/ Funkhaus/ Spreepark) and there's a bus stop just a short walk to the main street. The Ringbahn (Treptower Park stop) is a 15-minute walk through the park or a 5-minute bike ride away.
As it is our flat, we do not have to coordinate with a landlord.

Hey! Wir wollen spontan von Januar bis Mai verreisen und geben unsere tolle neue Dachgeschoss Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete ab (mit allen Möbeln, 2 Schlafzimmern, Waschmaschine etc, was man so braucht). Ihr schaut in die Wolken und Baumwipfel und selbst bei grauem Winterwetter ist sie schön hell und lichtdurchflutet. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum, riesig und nach SW mit Sonne von mittags bis abends inkl. schickem Sonnenuntergang und unverbautem Blick.
Die Gegend ist die perfekte Kombination aus Natur und Urban: nach Neukölln/ Kreuzberg mit allem Leckeren zu essen und zu trinken ist es ein Sprung mit dem Rad (10min). Der Treptower Park und die Spree sind direkt ums Eck (Zenner/ Insel der Jugend/ Funkhaus/ Spreepark), ein Bus fährt quasi vor der Tür. Die Ringbahn (Halte Treptower Park) ist 15min durch den Park zu Fuss oder 5min mit dem Rad.
Es ist unsere Wohnung, mit einem Vermieter müssten wir uns also nicht extra abstimmen.
