gemütliche & helle Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete (Juni 2024 - Mitte Mai 2025)

Da ich für längere Zeit im Ausland bin, suche ich für Juni 2024 - Mitte Mai 2025 eine*n vertrauensvolle,
saubere und pflichtbewusste Untermieter*in für meine schöne & vollmöblierte Wohnung.

Die Wohnung hat eine Größe von ca. 60qm und befindet sich im 2. Stock eines typischen Berliner Altbaus im Vorderhaus.
Sie ist sehr gepflegt, hell, ruhig und geräumig und hat eine separate Küche, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad, Flur und Balkon. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Leben braucht, nur auf einen Fernseher müsstest Du verzichten oder selbst mitbringen. Selbstverständlich gibt es einen W-LAN-Anschluss, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Herd, Kühlschrank etc.!

Im Haus wohnen durchweg freundliche Menschen, man grüßt & kennt sich im Haus. Es ist ein sehr ruhiges Haus, daher suche ich eine*n entspannte & ruhige Untermieter*in, keine Partys oder sonstige laute Zusammenkünfte.
Nebenan wohnt ein kleiner Junge, der jeden Morgen früh in die Schule muss. Von daher gilt es ab 22.00 Uhr möglichst die Nachtruhe einzuhalten.

Die Miete inklusive aller Nebenkosten beträgt 900,00€/Monat. Es fällt vorb eine Kaution von 1.500,00€ an, die leider nicht verhandelbar ist.
Wir schließen in jedem Fall einen Untermietvertrag. Die Mindestmietzeit liegt bei 6 Monaten.
Untermieter*innen müssen eine Haftpflichtversicherung vorweisen.

As I will be abroad for a longer period of time, I am looking for a reliable, clean and responsible subtenant for June 2024 - mid-May 2025 for my beautiful & fully furnished apartment.

The apartment has a size of approx. 60sqm and is located on the 2nd floor of a typical Berlin old building.
It is very well maintained, bright, quiet and spacious and has a separate kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, hallway and balcony. There is everything you need to live, but you would have to do without a TV or bring your own. Of course there is a W-LAN connection, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, fridge etc.!

All the people in the house are friendly, they greet and know each other. It is a very quiet house,
therefore I am looking for a relaxed & quiet subtenant, no parties or other loud gatherings.
A little boy lives next door who has to go to school early every morning. Therefore, it is important to keep the night's rest from 22.00 o'clock must be observed.

The rent including all additional costs is 900,00€/month. There is a deposit of 1.500,00€, which unfortunately is not negotiable.
We will conclude a sublease agreement in any case. The minimum rental period is 6 months.
Subtenants must have liability insurance.
