Wir (Ehepaar, ü 60) vermieten unser Dachgeschoss. Ab Oktober 2023.

Wir bieten ein schönes, geräumiges Zimmer im Dachgeschoss eines denkmalgeschützten Altbaus in Berlin Treptow.
Die Einliegerwohnung ist ca. 52 qm groß und vollständig möbliert. Eine schöne Sitzecke mit Sofa und Sesseln, ein Schreibtisch, Regale sowie ein schöner Vintage-Kleiderschrank und ein Doppelbett sind vorhanden. Das Badezimmer liegt als separater Raum mit im Dachgeschoss: Modernes WC, Duschkabine und Waschbecken.

Eine DSL-Flatrate (WLAN) gehört selbstverständlich dazu. Alle Nebenkosten sind im Preis enthalten.
Der Mietpreis von 700 € / Monat versteht sich also alles inklusive (auch Strom, Internet, GEZ etc.). Bei einem längefristigen Mietverhältnis geben wir gern etwas Rabatt.
Offizielle Anmeldung mit Namen an der Klingel ist selbstverständlich möglich!

Wir (und unsere 2 Katzen) bewohnen die unteren 2 Etagen des Hauses. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es eine große Küche (und Waschmaschine), die gemeinsam genutzt wird.
Durch den Keller gelangt man in den großzügigen Garten. Ein grünes Idyll inmitten der Großstadt.

Ein rücksichtsvolles und gutes Miteinander im Haus ist für uns das Wichtigste. Wir helfen gern beim Kennenlernen der Umgebung / der Stadt und legen sehr großen Wert auf ein freundschaftliches und vertrauensvolles Verhältnis miteinander.

Gesucht wird eine(!!) ruhige und zuverlässige Mieterin (w). Vorzugsweise 20+. Idealerweise z.B. eine Person, die zeitweise in Berlin arbeitet und hier eine möblierte Wohnung sucht. Tierhaltung und Rauchen sind in der Wohnung nicht möglich. Eigene Möbel nur sehr begrenzt.

Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Anfragen. Bitte unbedingt etwas wirklich aussagekräftiges zur Person schreiben (Alter, Beruf, etc.) - mehr als 2 Sätze.

Wir vermieten die Wohnung nur an Einzelpersonen, nicht an Paare oder Familien. Andere Anfragen werden wir nicht beantworten. Nach dem Anschreiben erhalten Sie ggf. eine Rückmeldung von uns, dann würde ein entspanntes Kennenlernen bei einer Besichtigung der Wohnung folgen, bei der man über alles reden- und schauen kann, ob alles passt.

We (married couple 60+) are renting out our top floor. From September!
Mininum rent for 6 months, longer periods are negotiable after getting to know each other.

Beautiful spacious apartment in the attic of our historic house in Berlin Treptow.
The apartment has about 52 sqm and comes fully furnished. A nice living room space with couch
and armchairs and vintage table. Desk for workspace, shelves, vintage wardrone and twin-bed.
Your private(!) bathroom is part of the apartment.
WIFI flatrate and all other costs are included in the price. Anmeldung is possible - of course!

We (and our two cats) are living in the lower floors of the same building. There is a spacious kitchen that can be shared Same applies for laundry. We have a spacious and beautiful garden that you can use. Its a big green paradise in a typical berlin backyard.

The whole apartment is absolutely quiet. All you ll hear are the birds.
Even though the apartment offers privacy (as it is the entire top floor) for us it is of great importance to live in a respectful and thoughtful togetherness in our house. We are happy to help you getting to know the area and are looking forward to having a friendly relationship. This is really important for us as we are going to share our house with you. :)
Also: you have to love cats!

The apartment is 3 mins (walk) from S Station "Baumschulenweg". It ll take you around 17 mins to get to Alexanderplatz, 10 mins to get to Neukölln, 10 mins to Ostkreuz, 15 mins to Südkreuz.

We are seeking one(!) calm and reliable tenant (female). Ideally someone
who is working in the city on a daily basis and needs a nice furnished apartment.
Please understand that smoking and pets are strictly forbiden.
