Wir vermieten unsere wunderschöne, sehr helle Altbauwohnung zwischen Januar und Februar unter (auf den Fotos ist sie dunkler als real).
Die Wohnung hat eine Größe von 130 m2, ist sehr geräumig, mit 2 Badezimmern, einem Balkon und wunderschönem Erker-Ess-und Wohnzimmer ausgestattet. Blick auf den Treptower Park.
Essen/Küche:
Wir haben eine helle, schnuckelige Küche. Gekocht wird auf dem Gasherd. Der große Tisch im Erker-/Wohnzimmerzimmer lässt mindestens 6 Personen Platz finden, in der Küche selbst gibt es einen kleinen, weiteren Tisch. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Schlafen:
Das Schlafzimmer geht in den großen Innenhof und ist sehr ruhig. Hier befinden sich zwei große Regale für Kleidung usw.(auf den Bilder nicht ersichtlich, Fotos können bei Bedarf nachgereicht werden). Es gibt ein Kinderbett und eine zweite Matratze (140x90cm). Ein Gitter-Babybett kann gestellt werden. Das Arbeitszimmer, das wir auch als zweites Wohnzimmer nutzen ist mit einer 2-Personen-Schlafcouch versehen. Ein Smart-TV ist hier am Sofa vorhanden.

We sublet our beautiful, very bright old building between January and February (the apartment is brighter than in the photos).
The apartment has a size of 130 m2, is very spacious, with 2 bathrooms, a balcony and a beautiful bay-dining and living room. View of the Treptower Park.
Food / kitchen:
We have a bright, cute kitchen. Cooking is done on the gas stove. The large table in the bay / living room room can seat at least 6 people, and there is another small table in the kitchen itself. The kitchen is very well equipped.
Sleeping:
The bedroom faces the large courtyard and is very quiet. Here there are two large shelves for clothes etc. (not visible on the pictures, photos can be submitted later if necessary). There is a cot and a second mattress (140x90cm). A cot can be provided. The study, which we also use as a second living room, has a 2-person sofa bed. A smart TV is available here on the sofa.

Lage und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:
Die Wohnung ist fußläufig ca.15 Min vom S-Bahnhof Treptower Park entfernt, ein Bus fährt aber direkt neben dem Haus. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man einen Supermarkt, ein Biomarkt ist mit dem Fahrrad nur 10 Min.entfernt, Spätis am S-Bhf., eine urige Eckkneipe in unserer Straße und ein guter Italiener 5 Min.um die Ecke. Alle weiteren Restaurants und Bars kann man im angrenzenden Neukölln, Kreuzberg oder Fhain schnell erreichen. Sonst ist die Gegend ruhig und sehr angenehm zu wohnen, mit vielen Spielplätzen und direkt gegenüber der wunderschöne, große Treptower Park mit kleinem See, dahinter die Spree und der Plänterwald. Gerade, um den Kopf frei zu bekommen und etwas Zeit in der Natur zu verbringen ideal.

Location and shopping:
The apartment is about a 15-minute walk from the Treptower Park S-Bahn station, but a bus runs right next to the house. A supermarket can be reached in a few minutes, an organic market is only 10 minutes away by bike, Spätis at the S-Bahn station, a rustic corner bar on our street and a good Italian restaurant 5 minutes around the corner. All other restaurants and bars can be reached quickly in the neighboring Neukölln, Kreuzberg or Fhain. Otherwise the area is quiet and very pleasant to live with, with many playgrounds and directly opposite the beautiful, large Treptower Park with a small lake, behind which the Spree and the Plänterwald. Ideal for clearing your mind and spending some time in nature.

Für sie ist die Wohnung in unseren Augen ein Paradis, mit großem Kinderzimmer, Spielzeug, Schaukel und sehr viel Platz.
WG-geeignet:
Aber auch ohne Kinder, beispielsweise für mehr Personen, Paare oder WG´s, ist die Wohnung perfekt.
fyi: Nur das Erkerzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer und das Arbeitszimmer kann nur über das Erkerzimmer erreicht werden.
