Sie ist sehr günstig in Treptower gelegen. Man kann leicht in den Park gehen, an der Spree abhängen und alle coolen Orte in Neukölln und Friedrichshain sowie Kreuzberg innerhalb von ein paar Minuten erreichen. Es gibt viele Busse und die S-Bahn ist direkt vor der Tür. Es gibt eine Reihe von Supermärkten wie Edeka, Real, Netto und das Treptower Einkaufszentrum in Laufnähe!



Der Prenzlauer Berg ist in wenigen Haltestellen zu erreichen, ebenso wie der Flughafen. Der Alexanderplatz ist 20 Minuten, der Pberg nur 22 Minuten mit der Bahn entfernt.
