The apartment has two rooms, including a large quiet bedroom facing the inner court yard and south facing living area with an oversized comfy sofa, dining room table and height adjustable work desk. In addition, there is a modernised bathroom with washing machine and standing shower as well as a seperate kitchen with dishwasher and full cooking facilities.
The furniture in the bedroom is minimalist, but has everything you need.
NOTE: The communal areas are currently under renovation, however this produces no noise or disturbance. The communal corridor/ entry way is not the prettiest, but the apartment was freshly renovated in 2022.
The apartment is in a heritage building and does not include an elevator.
The building is centrally located and only 8 minutes to Friedrichstrasse via the Seestrasse entrance to U8. Additionally there is a tram stop (M13) directly in front of the apartment, as well as plenty in supermarkets, cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
Volkspark Rehberge and Plötzensee are a few minutes walk away if you're looking for some peace and quiet.
The ond week period is flexible by a day or two if needed.
The total rent for 1 month is 1100EUR all inclusive (internet, gas, electricity). Ideally it would be great for you to view the apartment in person prior to any commitment, however we can also do a video call.
