Im Sprengelkiez selbst gibt es nette Cafés, Restaurants und Nachbarschaftsläden. Gleich um die Ecke ist ein schöner Park und dahinter direkt das Ufer des Spreeseitenarms, wo man herrlich verweilen kann.
Verkehrstechnisch ist das Apartment super angebunden:
In 5min Fußweg erreicht man die U-Bahnsation "Amruner Straße" und damit die U9
In 10min Fußweg erreicht man die S- und U-Bahnstation "Wedding" und damit die Ringbahn S41/42 und die U6.
Nur 2min. entfernt vom Appartment fährt der Bus 142, der einen direkt zum Hauptbahnhof bringt.
Parkplätze gibt es ausreichend, jedoch sind diese kostenpflichtig im Kiez.

The area is cosy with a lot of shops and bars. Public transport is excellent with U- and S-Bahn and also busses that bring you everywhere you want. Parking is avaiable, but costly.
