Ich biete meine Wohnung von mitte Februar bis Endde Juli im Wedding zur Untermiete. Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer in denen man der Sonne folgen kann. Das Bad wurde vor meinem Einzug renoviert.
Ich werde einige meiner Möbel in der Wohnung lassen, können hier aber gerne nochmal genauer sprechen was du/ihr braucht. Alle Zimmer sind sehr leise- das große ist zu einem Platz und die anderen beiden sind zum Hinterhof.
I'm renting out my Flat in Wedding from mid February until the end of july. The apartment has 3 rooms where you can follow the sun throughout the day. The bathroom got renovated before I moved in.
The apartment is gonna be partly furnished but we could talked more about what u need and what I would take with me.
All rooms are super quite since there is a little square in front of the house.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Spengelkiez, was meiner Meinung nach der beste Kiez im Wedding ist. Man ist top angebunden (u6, u9 und die Ringbahn). Es gibt super viele Cafes, Restaurants sowie Bars um die Ecke. Ist eine schöne Nachbarschaft für junge Menschen sowie Familien.
Bei schönem Wetter gibt es das Nordufer wo man oft zusammenkommt um ein Bier oder Softdrinks zu trinken. Zudem gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Dm usw.)
The apartment is in the lovley Sprengelkiez- the best neighborhood in Wedding (in my opinion haha). Its super well connected (U6, U9 and the Ring). There are a bunch of cafes, restaurants and some bars just around the corner. Its a nice neighborhood for young people but also families.
When the sun is out there is the Nordufer where people gather and have some beers or drinks. There are also a lot of groceries options!
Ich würde die Wohnung gerne an ein Paar oder eine Person vermieten- bitte keine Wgs!
Ich bin flexibel was den Einzug angeht und es gibt evtl. die Möglichkeit noch länger in der Wohnung zu bleiben. Falls du/ihr Interesse habt, schreibt mir gerne eine Nachricht und wir können über weiteres sprechen.
