Hi!
I have an apartment in a lively, authentic area of Berlin with good connections to anywhere in the city. The streets here have everything you might need from supermarkets to restaurants and movietheaters.
I will rent it out per day but if you plan to stay longer, we can negotiate it also. I plan to move in the apartment myself in the near future but until then I will rent it out for people wishing to visit Berlin and looking for an alternative option for a hotelroom.
The building is an altbau and it is being renovated at the moment (everything should be done by June). The apartment itself is ready, only the kitchen I haven't installed yet ( I am working on it..). So, you should be aware that the flat is in great condition but the rest of the building still looks a bit like a construction site, that is why the price is a bit lower at the moment.
The apartment is furnished and can sleep up to 4 people. Everything is brand new.
