Für meine sanierte Altbauwohnung im Berliner Wedding suche ich einen verantwortungsvollen Zwischenmieter/in für 10. Februar bis 10. März 2014.
Die Wohnung ist 57m² groß mit einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer (mit einem Sofabett für 2 Personen) und teilweise als Schlafzimmer benutzt. (Bilder und Ausstattung der Wohnung füge ich bei).
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, inklusive Küche, Waschmaschine, Herd, Kühlschrank, usw.
WLAN ist vorhanden.
Da ich Nichtraucher bin, ist es mir sehr wichtig, dass in der Wohnung nicht geraucht wird.
Die Haltung von Haustieren ist nach Vereinbarung möglich.

Hello everyone.
I would like to rent out my Apartment in Berlin Wedding and I'm looking for a responsible tenant from the 10th of Feb until the 10th of March 2014.
The apartment is 57m² with a very big and comfortable living room (with a Sofabed for 2 people), and a small part divided with a wall for the bedroom. The pictures of the apartment and inner layout is available. The apartment is full furnished, inclusive washing machine, kitchen with stove and refrigerator, etc. WLAN is also available.
Because i'm not a smoker, i really hope the people living in my house do not smoke inside the apartment. When you want to rent with your pets please inform me first and we'll come to an agreement.
Unweit der Wohnung befindet sich die U-Bahnlinie U9 Amrumer Straße (1 Min Fußweg). Auch zur Ringbahn-Station Westhafen ist nur eine Haltestelle entfernt.Außerdem fährt ein Bus (142) in wenigen Minuten direkt zum Hauptbahnhof.
Umfangreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Aldi,etc) sind um die Ecke.
Außerdem findest du eine Menge Cafés, Spätis, Türkische Supermärkte und Dönerbuden in der Nähe.

The apartment is very near to the bus station 142 (direct to the central train station) and for the underground train U9.
They are only a minute away.
Supermarkets like Edeka is only a 5 Minute walk from the apartment.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock im ruhigen Hinterhof ist aber trotzdem sehr hell.
