Da ich Berlin für ein Masterstudium verlasse, ist mein nettes Einzel-Apartment von 1. September 2014 (wenn gewünscht auch erst ab 1. Oktober) bis 30. Juni 2015 unterzuvermieten.
Die Wohnung ist 2-3 Fußminuten von der S+U-Bahnstation Wedding (Ringbahn+U6!) weg und in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars. Auch der schöne Plötzensee und das Nordufer sind sehr nahe. Wenn die Wohnung Dir gefällt, besteht auch die Chance, die Wohnung als Hauptmieter zu bekommen, jedoch ist das noch nicht sicher.
Es ist komplett möbliert (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Sofa, solide Küchenausstattung, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfächern, Herd,...) und . Die Zimmer sind ruhig, da das Fenster zum Hinterhof raus geht. TV inkl. DVB-T-Anschluss sowie DSL und Festnetzanschluss sind mit ebenso im Preis enthalten wie mein Fahrrad.

As I´m leaving Berlin for my master studies, I sublet my single 45-sqm apartment from September 1 (or October 1 if you wish) up until June 30.
It´s quite calm as the windows are in the direction of the backyard. I like the neighborhood, a nice lake (Plötzensee) is close and there are many bars and restaraunts around. If you like the place, there might be also the possibility to keep the place in the long run.
It is a fully furnished flat and 2-3 minutes walk away from S + U station Wedding. Fast DSL connection for internet as well as German landline flatrate and my bike would also be included.
