Hey guys, I'm moving into a new apartment, and im looking for someone to take over for the remainder of the rental period :).
So the Studio will be available from the 16th of March up until the 1st of April for a total of 200 Euros including a 50 euro deposit.
The apartment (which is an old artists studio currently fitted with a more homely arrangement) is split up into two rooms, one containing a bed, a desk, and a coat rack while the second room contains the kitchen and bathroom.
Note: The apartment does not have a washing machine, although there are some laundromat s around the area.
The apartment is a minute walk away from the M27 which can quickly take you to the U6 line which is a 10 minute walk down the road. In the surrounding area you can find plenty of spattys, your expected donor kebab and a few cafes and bars.
The lounge/couch that appears in the photos is only temporary, at the current moment I am not too sure how long this will stay in the apartment however we can talk further about this in person.
Also, unfortunately the owner of the apartment owns a dog, and while the dog is no longer in the apartment if you have any allergies I would advise against the rental of this apartment.
Also note, there is no internet available in the apartment.
