Wir bieten von 24. Juli bis 16. August unsere sehr helle Zweiraum- Wohnung an.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ca. 60- Quadratmeter- 2 Zimmer , 1 kleines Duschbad und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Gasherd und -ofen. Sie ist voll möbliert (Sofa, Fernseher, Schreibtisch, etc.). Zwei Personen können in unserem gemütlichen Bett nach der Sightseeing-Tour zur Ruhe kommen.
Für die drei Wochen nehmen wir 450€, inklusive Internet und Strom. Zuzüglich kommt Gas, je nachdem wie viel Sie verbrauchen, dazu.
Wir freuen uns über Ihr Interesse und sind per Email am Besten zu erreichen.

You can rent our apartment from the 24th of July till 16th of August.
The 60qm apartment has two rooms, 1 bath, and a full equipped kitchen with an gas oven. It is fully equipped with furniture. After a long sight seeing tour you two can relaxe in our very comfortable bed.
All in all you just have to pay 450€ for the three weeks, including Wifi and energy excluding gas. Gas will be payed by you just how much you need.

Die Wohnung ist superzentral gelegen in Berlin Mitte/ Wedding. Schnell kann Sie mit der U6 und Tram (U- Bahn Station Seestrasse, 10 Min bis zur Friedrichstraße, mit der Tram nur 15min bis Prenzlauer Berg), sowie Bus (Nummer 120, 10 min bis zum Hauptbahnhof) erreicht werden.

The apartment is located in zentral Berlin/ Wedding. Metro station „U-Bahnhof Seestraße“ is near by, just 10min. to Bahnhof Friedrichstraße. With Berlin Tram you can reach the popular Prenzlauer Berg just in 15min..
Handtücher und Bettwäsche können benutzt werden und in unserer Waschmaschine mit den Klamotten gewaschen werden.
Es wäre lieb, wenn Sie einen grünen Daumen für die Pflanzen haben und ihnen bei sommerlichen Temperaturen etwas Wasser geben.

You can use our towels and bed sheets and wash them together with your clothes in our washing machine.
We would be more than happy if you can take care of our plants and give them some water during hot temperatures.
