Dachgeschoss Wohnung In Wedding/Mitte (U-Wedding)

I have a 5th floor Dachgeschoss apartment to rent out. The apartment has about 107 square meters with a lovely terrace. The apartment is very bright, with lots of morning light. The apartment opens onto the living room, off of which are an open kitchen, terrace, and two additional rooms (ea. about 20-30 square meters).

Please note that the apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator. However, it offers many other benefits that compensate! The location is extremely close to Mitte, it is easy to park on the street for those who have a car, and if not, the Wedding U/S-Bahn is 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment is very well cut and has renovated bathroom and kitchen, and the neighbors are a mix of young professionals and families.

The rent amounts to the following:
131,84€ Betriebskosten
153,47€ Heizkosten
798 Kalt-Miete
1083, 31 € Warm-Miete

Also, priority will be given to those who are willing to take over the apartment as-is. There are minor cosmetic defects such as marks or scratches on the walls that we hope to not have to fix before moving out. The move-in date is latest November 1st, but could most likely be before as well.

As usual, standard documents will be required such as Schufa (solicitar ahora) , sufficient income, and a letter from your current landlord stating you do not owe past dues. Unfortunately, the landlord does not want WGs.
