I am going away on holiday and would like to leave my nice home to someone who cares about where he/she lives. Wanting to live in a clean environment should be quite natural for you.
This is a perfect flat for a single. Wooden-floors and sunny. Fully equipped with mostly non-ikea furniture.
You will have a Bedroom with a double bed. A living room with a vintage sofa and a big desk. A kitchen with all necessary utilities and a small bathroom.
The area is close to cafes, restaurants (Tapas bar around the corner). The flat is pretty central, only a 15min bike ride to Prenzlauerberg. Or you can catch the subway U8 to Kreuzberg.
It is a very diverse neighborhood. And it is safe.
This is a non smoking flat. There is a yard for smokers. It's a plus if you are vegetarian. Also, if you need an old bicycle got one for you.
