We rent our beautiful three room roof top apartment (5th floor – no elevator) in Berlin Mitte (Gesundbrunnen) on a temporary basis. The minimum rental period is 6 month!
The apartment has 85 square meters, a huge terrace with an amazing, green view on the small river Panke. You can see the tv tower and you have a beautiful panorama. The terrace is on the south side, thus you have sun all day and you can watch the sunset.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. It is perfect for a couple, not so much as a shared flat, because one room is a “walk-through-room”.
The bathroom and kitchen were renovated recently. You can open a window in the bathroom, and you have a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The bedroom has a kingsize bed (1.80). The second room can be used as an office or guestroom. The living room has huge windows and is equipped with a sofa and a table plus chairs. Of course, it has a tv and cable tv.
The apartment is in the backyard house, which makes it very quiet. Shopping, cafes, tram, metro (U8 and U9) and S-Bahn are located very close by. It`s only 500m away from Prenzlauer Berg.
The price includes all bills (electricity, WIFI, TV, heating, water).
OUR APARTMENT IS NOT SUITABLE AS A SHARED APARTMENT, ONLY FOR COUPLES OR SINGLE PERSONS!
Unser Kiez entwickelt sich ganz spannend im Moment, und viele behaupten das es hier noch das wahre, ehrliche Berlin zu erleben gibt.
Menschen aller Nationen sind hier Zuhause, und machen diesen Bezirk zu einem multikulturellen Erlebnis.
Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar: Einkaufen, Ämter, Ärzte, Bars, Parks etc..
Verkehrstechnisch ist man auch Super an alles angebunden:
Vor der Tür fähr die M13, mit der man in 5min im Prenzlauer Berg ist, oder in 3min an der S-Bahn Haltestelle Bornholmer Straße. Läuft man 5min ist man an der U-Bahn Haltestelle Osloer Straße, wo die U8 und die U9 fährt. Man ist jeweils in ca. 10min in Berlin Mitte am Alexanderplatz, oder am Bahnhof Zoo. Zum Flughafen Tegel fährt von der Osloer Straße ein Bus in ca.25min, und zum Flughafen Schönefeld ist man mit der S-Bahn gute 45min unterwegs. Dem nicht genug, ist man mit dem Auto in ca. 10min auf dem Berliner Ring, und somit auch gleich in Richtung Autobahn.
Unsere Wohnung ist explizit eine NICHTRAUCHER Wohnung.
Geraucht werden darf NUR auf der Terrasse - egal wie das Wetter draußen ist.
Wir vermieten die Wohnung auf Zeit, sprich monatlich. Mindestens 3 Monate , maximal 12 Monate. Kleine Änderungen können je nach Situation besprochen werden.
Die Putzfrau kann NICHT aus dem Mietvertrag genommen werden. Sie ist eine langjährige Mitarbeiterin und zu 100% vertrauenswürdig.
