Aufgrund eines Auslandsjahres vermieten wir die Wohnung ab Mitte August für ca. ein Jahr.
Die Wohnung wird vollmöbiliert vermietet.
Das große Wohnzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem großem Esstisch, Schreibtisch, Fernseher und einem Ecksofa, das ausgefahren als Schlafsofa genutzt werden kann. Das Wohnzimmer ist perfekt für gemütliche Abende mit Freunden.
Im Schlafzimmer steht ein großes Bett, Schreibtisch und ein Bücherregal. Desweiteren gibt es ein Durchgangszimmer, in dem der Kleiderschrank und der Schminktisch stehen.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit: Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Elektroherd+Ofen, etc.
Die Wohnung ist mit den grundlegenden Sachen zum Wohnen eingerichtet.
Die Miete enthält auch Strom.

Because we are going to study a year abroad we would like to rent out our apartment starting the middle of August 2016 till August 2017.
The apartment is completely furnished.
The big living room has a large dining table, a desk, a TV and a corner sofa, which can be used as a sofa bed. It's perfect for a relaxed evening with friends!
The bedroom has a big bed, another desk and a bookshelf. Besides that there is a walk-through room with a vanity table and a large wardrobe.
The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, fridge, an electric stove and oven, as well as toaster and water boiler.
The apartment has all necessary things for a comfortable living.
The rent includes electricity.
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Man ist 4 Gehminuten vom U-Bahnhof Nauener Platz (U9) entfernt, 7 Minuten von der Tramstation Osramhöfe (50, M13), 10 Minuten von den U-Bahnhöfen Leopoldplatz (U6, U9) und Seestraße (U6).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 5 Minuten entfernt (Netto, Penny, Aldi).
In 10 Minuten Entfernung ist der Schillerpark, der wunderbar dazu geeignet ist zum Joggen.

The apartment has a good traffic connection. It only takes 4 minutes walking to get to the underground station Nauener Platz(U9), 7 minutes to the tramstation Osramhöfe(50,M13) as well as 10 minutes to the underground stations Leopoldplatz(U6,U9) and Seestraße(U6).
Grocery stores(Netto, Aldi, Penny) are only 5 minutes away.
It takes 10 minutes to the Schillerpark, which is a great place to relax and jogging.
Es ist nicht erwünscht, dass in der Wohnung geraucht wird oder Haustiere gehalten werden. Wir hoffen jemanden zu finden, der einen freundlichen Umgang mit Nachbarn pflegt und rücksichtsvoll/verantwortungsvoll mit der Wohnung umgehen wird.
Wir würden uns über eine kurze E-Mail freuen, wo ihr/du euch/dich vorstellt. Vorzugsweise wird jemand gesucht, der im gesamten Zeitraum die Wohnung mieten wird.

It is prohibited to smoke inside the flat and you are not allowed to keep pets.
We hope to find someone, who treats the neighbors in a friendly mood and handle's the flat in a responsible and considerate way.
