My beautifully furnished and sunny apartment is a wonderful place to work, relax and to easily discover this vibrant city from. It is located in a central, well connected area and offers you a calm and quiet spot in this exciting sleepless city. It is bright, spacious, clean, with a mix of vintage and new furniture.

Perfect for chilling with good company, cooking a nice meal and enjoying a glass of wine.
Also included, is a light self-serve breakfast with coffee, tea, milk, cereal, fruit, bread and jam.

This apartment is on the 3rd floor.
The transportation link near the house can take you all over Berlin.
The U8 Pankstrasse is 5 min walk and the big SBahn Gesundbrunnen station is 10 min walk with trains to West Berlin, the airport and cities outside Berlin.
On the left side as you come out of the house there is a little park by the spree with 2 lovely cafes for breakfast- lunch -dinner options, very nice outdoor sitting area.
Also my flat is located 10 min cycling to Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg district with its fashionable cafes and restaurants.
The nearest park is Humboldthain park, very beautiful park with a rose garden , playground for children and an open swimming pool.
Wedding is in the West and the commute to any other area in Berlin is perfect! You can go from East to West very fast and easy as the area is very well connected with the metro U7 and U8 stations, the Sbahn ( Ring) stations to take you around the city.
The area is bordering fashionable Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg and combines the vibrant, multi cultural hustle during the day with the calm and residential atmosphere during night. This area is not very touristy and the more exciting if you want to get to know real Berlin life beyond the main tourist strokes.
Within 5min walking you'll find a diverse range of grocery shops, pharmacy's and super markets like Kaiser's and Lidl along Badstraße.
There are also some major sight seeing destinations close by, like “Berliner Unterwelten (underground bunker tours) and the Wall Memorial at Bernauer Straße. The Berlin centre for modern dance (Ufer Studios) is around the corner as well as beautiful Volkspark Humboldthain, with its viewing towers and a public open air pool. Hotspots like "Mauerpark" with the famous sunday flee market and open air karaoke events are in walking distance. Mitte is a busy and very popular area of Berlin, but it's also easy to escape the hustle around Hackescher Markt, Torstraße and Rosenthaler Platz a few streets back around Weinbergs Park and enjoy the local cafes, bars, restaurants, galleries and shops. I have lots of favourite spots spread all over Berlin (a couple local secrets too!) and will be happy to share them with you. There is a lovely small park as you exit the house on the left side with 2 great cafes for breakfast-lunch-dinner options near by the spree (canal).
