Du suchst für den Zeitraum von 8. bis 16./17. März 2017 nach einer Wohnung in Berlin?
Wir wollen unsere ruhig im Hinterhaus gelegene 2.5 Zimmer Wohnung in der Seestraße in der Nähe des Volksparks Rehberge für diese Zeit untervermieten.
Die Wohnung ist 68 sqm groß befindet sich im 3. Stock eines renovierten Altbaus und hat Internet,
Strom, Heizung, Warmwasser, Waschmachine, Herd und Ofen, eine Dusche und einen schönen, neu abgeschliffenen Dielenfußboden.
**PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR FLAT IS ONLY FOR RENT FROM 8TH - 16TH OR 17TH OF MARCH AND ALL OUR FURNITURE WILL REMAIN HERE!!** Please only write to us if you're interested in renting the flat during this time.
Our lovely 2.5 room flat is on the 3rd floor in the rear building of a peaceful renovated old-build in Seestraße, Wedding. It's fully furnished, and has everything you need... heating, internet, washing machine, shower, electric oven, comfy bed and a piano!
We're looking for a tidy respectful person to enjoy the flat while were away for a week.
Supermarkt, Fitnessstudio, Park, See, Restaurants und Kino sind jeweils in etwa fünf bis zehn Minuten zu
erreichen. Die Tram hält direkt vor der Tür, zum Ring sind es jeweils 2 Stationen mit der U6 oder U9 und zur Friedrichstraße kommt man in etwa 20 Minuten.
Volkspark Rehberge and Plötzensee are just a few mins walk away. Müllerstraße is a few minutes in the other direction, where there are multiple supermarkets, restaurants and a cinema. Nussbreite and Vagabund, two great bars, are also 2 mins walk away!
The tram stops directly outside of our door and both Ubahn Seestraße (U6) and Amrumerstraße (U9) are a short walk away. 2 stops on either get you to the ring, and Friedrichstraße is only 20 mins away.
Die Wohnung ist am besten für Einzelpersonen oder Paare geeignet und natürlich suchen
wir nach Untermietern, welche sowohl unsere Sachen als auch unsere Nachbarn respekt- und rücksichtsvoll behandeln.
Miete inklusive aller Nebenkosten und Internet: 200EUR für bis zu 9 Nächte.
