I am moving out of my nice apartment but it will be still available for somebody who would need a temporary place to stay from 20. April until 28. May. It is also possible to rent for shorter. The price is 800 eur for the whole period.
The apartment has living room with an open kitchen and a bedroom. There is also a bathroom with a big walk-in shower, big mirror and a window. The whole apartment was completely renovated 4 years ago and it is still in a good shape. There is no internet in the apartment at the moment but the cellphone coverage is good, so you can use a mobile network to connect to internet.
The neighborhood is very pleasant and practical to live in. In front of the door there is a bus station (142) which goes directly to Hauptbahnhof, Rosenthaler Platz, Ostbahnhof. In 5-10 min walk you can reach U9, U6 and the Ringbahn. There are some nice bars and restaurants in the area, Edeka supermarket is literally next door and späti across the street. In summer I always liked to go to Plötzensee lake which is only 10 min bike ride away.
