Beautiful Altbau Wohnung - Wedding - Nachmieter gesucht

Hello,

we are leaving our lovely flat in Wedding and are looking for somebody to take over our rental agreement. You would be sub-renting starting 8.November 2018 for 6 weeks and then make a a direct contract as main tenant with the landlord.

It is an „Altbau“ with original wooden floors, big windows and high ceilings. Its located in Wedding, an emerging new hip area with a cool and vibrant scene but not yet as packed and hectic as Kreuzberg or Neukölln.

The flat is very bright with tall ceiling with two big rooms (one is a bedroom, the other a living room).

THE FLAT WILL BE RENTED UNFURNISHED AND EMPTY

Kitchen furniture and bedroom wardrobes can be taken over, the rest of the furniture will be coming with us and NOT as displayed in the pictures.

The bathroom has heating for towels and a bathtub. The bedroom has access to its own little balcony. There is a communal barbecue underneath the trees in the patio of our house.

It is very well connected as U8, U9, U7, S1 and the Ringbahn are just a short walk away. Next to the house is a small canal passing by which is quite green in
the summer with cafes and bars on the way. There is Uferstudios just 3 minute walk and Humboldthain park 10 min walk away.

Right next to the flat there are a couple of nice cafes, good restaurants and bars for food, drinks and entertainment. Our current rent is 823 cold per month. The price might increase a little when making the new contract, but it is not expected to be much. There is a washing machine, dish washer, fridge and small gas oven as well as two wardrobes that could be bought from us if needed. The flat is heated with gas. It is a first floor but quite quiet since the street is not too busy.
