Die Wohnung hat zwei große Zimmer sowie Küche und Bad. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein 1.60x2.00 Meter-Bett und im Wohnzimmer neben Esstisch und Sitzecke eine weitere Matratze zum Gemütlich machen. Der Balkon lädt zum Frühstück in der Sonne ein. Da die Wohnung zum Hinterhof raus ist, ist es angenehm ruhig.

We offer a stay in our beautiful, bright, quiet, historical old apartment from 2nd of may til 11th of may. The apartment has two rooms plus kitchen and bathroom. There is a big bed in the bedroom and another mattress to relax in the living room. The balcony invites you for breakfast in the sun.
Die Wohnung liegt im hübschen Sprengelkiez im Wedding, ein kleiner "Prenzlauer Berg". Viele schöne Cafés, leckere Restaurants, Bars, ein Bioladen/Café sowie Supermärkte sind wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Auch die U-Bahn ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt und die S-Bahn 10 Min., sodass man einfach und schnell in andere Viertel kommt. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 8 Minuten mit dem Bus, zum Alexanderplatz fährt man 20 Minuten. Es gibt kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nachbarschaft.

The apartment is located in the pretty Sprengelkiez in Wedding, a small "Prenzlauer Berg". Many nice cafes, delicious restaurants, bars, a health food store / café and supermarkets are just a few minutes walk away.
It is just a few minutes from the subway and 10 minutes from the S-Bahn, so you can easily and quickly go to other parts of the city. The main station is 8 minutes by bus, to Alexanderplatz it takes about 20 minutes. There are free parking facilities in the neighborhood.
Die Miete für den gesamten Zeitraum beträgt 260 Euro.
Kaution sind 100 Euro.
