I am studying abroad for the next 3 years and am looking to sublet my flat during that time. The flat is currently furnished but can be rented furnished or unfurnished. The rent is €1200 and includes all bills and internet (except for GEZ/Rundfunkbeitrag). Anmeldung is also possible.
The flat is big, 94m2 with 3.5 rooms. There is a large living room connected to the kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, one small and one large. The large room has another smaller room attached to it which can be used as a study, storage or large walk in wardrobe, whatever you want! The bathroom is also quite large with a bathtub and washing machine. The flat is in the Hinterhof so is also very quiet. If you like gardening I built a windowsill garden on all 6 windows which is great for growing veg, you can see what I mean in the second picture.

The flat is located near Seestraße on Müllerstraße, there is about every supermarket in existence within 5 minutes walk. The shopping centre across the road has a post office and the flat is a 10 minute walk from Volkspark Rehberge which is really beautiful and has a great outdoor cinema. There is also a lake called Plötzensee in the park which is great for swimming in. There are some great bars and restaurants near the flat (Vagabund, Stanero, Basalt, Asia Deli, Fuchs etc). The neighbours are also nice and a few have become good friends.
The transport connections are really good. Seestraße Ubahn on the U6 is 5 minutes walk away which is next to Seestraße tram stop. Wedding Sbahn is 2 stops on the U6 which connects to the ring. Osloer Ubahn on the U8 is 5 mins from Seestraße via tram or Ubahn and Leopold platz is one stop on the U6 or an 8 minute walk which connects to the U9. Friedrichstraße is 15 minutes away via the U6 and you can get to most places in under 30 mins. The flat is also 20 minutes from both TXL and ZOB and 50 minutes from SXF/BER.
When replying, can you tell me a bit about yourself, what you do for work (do you have a long term contract), whether you have all the documents for a flat application, specifically, proof of income (with 3 months payslip) and a reference.
Viewings will be between on the 11th of October (bring a mask). Please note that the move in date is the 1st of January 2021.
