da ich den Rest des Jahres im Ausland arbeiten werde, wird meine kuschelige Wohnung fuer ein paar Monate frei: ab ca. 15. September 2022 bis ca. Ende Januar 2023 (das Auszugsdatum ist etwas flexibel).
Es gibt ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit TV, Schlafzimmer, Wohnkueche mit Geschirrspueler und Waschmaschine, grosser Balkon, Wannenbad.
Die Wohnung ist schön hell (3.OG, ohne Fahrstuhl), ruhig und mit guter Anbindung an Strassenbahn und U-Bahn (3 bzw. 5 min zu Fuss). Ich vermiete die Wohnung voll möbliert.
Es tut mir leid, aber leider keine Haustiere. Keine Raucher.

I'm working abroad for a couple of months (mid of September 2022 until approximately end of January 2023, but it's flexible). My cozy flat will be available during this time :)
There is a spacious living room with TV, a separate bedroom, a huge kitchen with an extra couch, dish washing machine, washing machine, a large balcony and a bathroom with bath tub.
The flat is quiet and with loads of sunbeams during the day (third floor, no lift though).
Well connected to tram and tube.
Fully furnished and clean (I moved in only last year).
Really sorry, but no pets please. Only for non-smokers.
Gute Anbindung an Strassenbahn und U-Bahn (3 bzw. 5 min zu Fuss entfernt). Innerhalb des Rings
Die Wohnung ist im gemütlichen Brüsseler Kiez und ruhig gelegen. Ein richtig guter Bäcker und sehr nette Restaurants sind ums Eck (Inder, Italiener, Doener Kebab, Asiaten etc.). Es gibt sogar noch Berliner Eckkneipen hier :)
Der Sprengelkiez ist auch nicht weit und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zu Hauf auf der Müllerstrasse.

Well connected to tram and tube (3 and 5 minutes walking distance). Within the ring.
The flat is located in the cozy Brüsseler Kiez and quiet. An amazing German bakery and yummie restaurants are around the corner (Indian, Italian, Turkish, Asian etc.). There are even old school Berlin corner pubs :)
The popular "Sprengelkiez" is super close as well and there are loads of shopping opportunities on Müllerstrasse.
