2 Zimmer Altbau Wedding/Pankow

Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,

da ich beruflich auf unbestimmte Zeit ins Ausland ziehe, werde ich mich schweren Herzens nach 4,5 Jahren von meiner schönen und sehr gepflegten Altbauwohnung im 2. OG im Wedding trennen [UNTERMIETE].

Die Wohnung hat 2 unterschiedlich große Zimmer: 1 Schlafzimmer (Osten) mit ca. 12qm zum Innenhof und ein ca. 20qm großes Wohnzimmer mit anliegendem Westbalkon zur Straße (ruhig).

Die Küche geht ebenfalls zum Innenhof (Osten) raus wird ist voll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank übergeben. Bis zu 6 Personen finden an unserem Küchentisch Platz, wobei das dann ehrlicherweise schon ein wenig eng, aber dafür auch um so intimer wird. :)

Die Wohnung verfügt zudem über ein großzügiges und trockenes Kellerabteil von ca. 4qm Größe mit Schwerlastregal.

Ich möchte die Wohnung teilmöbliert d.h. mit Bett, offenem Kleiderschrank, Küchentisch etc. übergeben, wobei keine Abschlagszahlung fällig wird, genaueres kann dann persönlich besprochen werden.

Die Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig und freundlich und es herrscht eine gute Atmosphäre im Haus. Im Innenhof können Fahrräder abgestellt werden und es gibt diverse Sitzgelegenheiten.

because I am moving abroad for an indefinite period of time, I will part with a heavy heart after 4.5 years from my beautiful and very well maintained old building apartment on the 2nd floor in Wedding [SUBLET].

The apartment has 2 different sized rooms: 1 bedroom (east) with about 12sqm to the courtyard and a living room of about 20sqm with adjoining west balcony to the street (quiet).

The kitchen also goes out to the courtyard (east) is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator passed. Up to 6 people can be seated at our kitchen table, although this is then honestly already a little tight, but for this also all the more intimate. :)

The apartment also has a spacious and dry basement compartment of about 4sqm in size with heavy duty shelving.

I would like to hand over the apartment partially furnished i.e. with bed, open closet, kitchen table, etc., whereby no down payment is due, more details can then be discussed in person.

The neighbors are very quiet and friendly and there is a good atmosphere in the house. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard and there are various seating areas.
