Meine Mitbewohnerin ist gerade ausgezogen und ich bin im März nicht in Berlin. Die gesamt Wohnung steht also den kompletten März zur verfügung. Am 1.April komme ich wieder weshalb dann noch das leer stehende (unmöblierte) Zimmer frei ist (für 300€) bis meine Freundin am 1.Mai einzieht.
Am besten wäre es für mich, wenn du komplett die zwei Monate bei mir wohnst.

My Flatmate just left and i will be away in March so the entire flat is available (but just one furnished room). I´ll be back 1st of April and the empty room will still be available (for 300€) until May when my girlfriend moves in.
Perfect for me would be, if you stay the entire period.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der ersten querstraße vom Ubfh Pankstrae entfernt. Dadurch bekommt man nicht von dem lärm der pankstraße oder badstraße mit, ist aber trotzdem super Zentral angebunden.
Die Bahnanbindung ist super : U8 U9 M27 S-Ring S1,2,25 usw.
Bis zum Alexanderplatz braucht man 8 Minuten(+6 Minuten laufen).
Es gibt einen Beamer und Hifi anlage in dem ausgestatteten Zimmer
