The flat is furnished in a minimalist, cosy way with quite a few pictures decorating the walls. You'd have the space all to yourself.
It's made up of a kitchen, a large hallway and 2 separate rooms, which are now used as a bedroom and a living room. We have an additional bed, in case two people need their separate space.
I have some instruments (guitar + bass) which you can use at responsible hours if you want. There are some nice speakers in the living room as well and a desk in each room.
The bed is very comfy and there are 2 couches that you can easily pass out on while watching something.
We're heading off to a sunnier place for a while and looking for someone nice and responsible to take care of the flat in the time.
The kitchen is equipped and is also nice and bright, the sun wanders through here in the afternoon. We even have a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine.
The bathroom has everything you need. A shaft where a window is hidden at the end, as a small air supply. "Small but nice" fits very well :)
Please introduce yourself in the message. People renting out their place get so many messages, so "I need the room" or "Is it still available, can I move in?" will never get you a response, sorry.

The location of the flat is in Sprengelkiez, Wedding. I like to affectionately call it the Prenzlauerberg in Wedding.
We have a vegan café in the street where you can eat delicious bagels, wraps and more. We have three Italian restaurants and an Italian café nearby that I can also recommend to you. At two of them you get homemade pasta 😍 and Italian flair from the team.
A Portuguese café with tasty salads, delicacies and great service. If you're looking for hip cafés with fine coffee and the right atmosphere, Coffe Circle is a short walk away.
There are many nice restaurants, cafés and bars, of course, you will get more detailed recommendations from me in the flat.
I have an Edeka around the corner and an organic grocery store not far away. You can find more supermarkets on Müllerstraße.
If you need to cool down, the Plötzensee is not far away and if you are looking for some peace and quiet in nature, you can retreat to the Rehberge and relax. There you will also find an open-air cinema, open-air cinemas in Berlin are a summer must ;)
The Mars with the Silent Green or the wine bar might provide the right event. And if the event is nothing - just walk in and look around, it's a very nice place!
You'd have the whole 80 square meters to yourself. We are looking for someone quiet, clean and responsible, so no parties or wild activities, please ;).
The flat has everything you need and we would like to meet you before moving in.
We are quite flexible on the dates - 1 month or two, either should work.
