Nutzfläche circa 75 qm. 2 OG Vorderhaus ohne Fahrstuhl. Sonnige und helle Wohnung mit netten Nachbarn in einem sehr schönen Kiez. Viele Restaurants und Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe. Super zentral gelegen, nahe U-Bahn (U9), S-Bahn (Ring) und Bus.
Mietpreis 980 Euro (inkl. Strom, WLAN) zzgl Gaspreis. Hier möchten wir nach Verbrauch berechnen. Bis Mai 2023 verfügen wir über eine Gas-Preisbindung, die noch moderat ist. Usable are two rooms of the same size, which are connected with a double door. Bathroom and kitchen with all appliances are available. There is also a balcony with seating and a beautiful view of the traffic-calmed street.
Usable area about 75 sqm. 2 OG front building without elevator. Sunny and bright apartment with nice neighbors in a very nice neighborhood. Many restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity. Super central location, close to subway (U9), S-Bahn (Ring) and bus.
Rent 980 Euro (incl. electricity, WLAN) plus gas price. Here we would like to charge according to consumption. Until May 2023 we have a gas price commitment, which is still moderate. Cost determination should be calculated transparently and fairly by means of exact consumption based on meter reading photos when taking over the apartment and moving out.
We would like to sublet to one to two people (couple) or small family with max. one child. No party flat share
