Ich vermiete meine schöne Wohnung unter. Bin im Ausland. Ich suche jemanden der auf die Wohnung aufpasst und meine Pflanzen gießt. Da ich keinen festen Zeitplan habe ist der Zeitraum verhandelbar. Minimal 4 Wochen, vielleicht bis Ende August. Aber das ist nicht sicher. Wie gesagt, einfach anfragen wenn deine Daten ungefähr passen.
Preis je nachdem wie lange du bleibst.

Die WOHNUNG:
Sie hat ein großes Schlafzimmer mit breitem Bett nach hinten zum Hof, sehr ruhig. Eine gemütliche Küche mit Tisch, Bank und Hockern zum Sitzen. Es ist alles da, von der Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und allen möglichen Kochuntensilien bis hin zu Gewürzen etc.. Dann gibt es noch ein Wohnzimmer mit Couch und TV und Büchern und ein Esszimmer mit langem Tisch. Ausserdem einen kleinen Balkon mit Tisch und Bänken und viel Sonne.

Am liebsten wäre mir eine Person oder ein Pärchen wäre auch okay. Für ne WG oder mehr Menschen ist sie nicht geeignet.

I am subletting my lovely apartment. I'll be gone from the beginning of May. Minimum 4 weeks, maybe till end of August. Please just ask for whichever time you would need a stay. The price is accordingly, of course, depending on how long you stay.

The APARTMENT:
The flat has a large bedroom with a huge bed and a window facing the quiet backyard. A cozy kitchen with a table, bench and stools. Everything is there, from the dishwasher, washing machine and all kinds of cooking utensils to spices etc. There is a living room with a couch and TV and books and a dining room with a long table. I also have a small balcony with a table and benches and lots of sun.

I would prefer one person or a couple. The apartment is not suitable for more people than 2 as there is no space for a second bed or mattress.
