Ich vermiete meine Wohnung für minimum 1 Jahre , 10.9.2024 - 10.9.2025. Nach einem Jahr ist eine Verlängerung um weitere Jahre möglich, wenn alles in Ordnung ist.

Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig, hat große Fenster und ist sehr hell. Es gibt einen großen öffentlichen Balkon direkt vor der Wohnung.


Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Wohnung fast unmöbliert ist, aber Küche und Herd/Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler bleiben hier.

Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne.

Es liegt neben einem wunderschönen See namens Weißensee die innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar sind, sowie drei weiteren Seen, die innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar sind.

Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super! Straßenbahn und Bus sind in 1 Minuten erreichbar.

Die Wohnung ist in gutem Zustand und ist geeignet für Singles, Paare und Kleinfamilien.

Ein kleiner Garten/Spielplatz mit Rutsche und Sandkasten befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus und können genutzt.

I am renting my apartment for a minimum of 1 year, September 10th, 2024 - September 10th, 2025. After one year, an extension for further years is very possible if everything is in order.

The living room is very spacious, has large windows and is very bright. There’s a big public balcony direct outside of the apartment.

Please note that the apartment is almost unfurnished. But kitchen and cooking herd/ cooker, backing oven ,fridge and dish washer stays here.

The bathroom has a bathtub.

It is located next to a beautiful lake called Weissensee, 5 minutes reachable, as well as three other lakes that can be reached within 10 minutes.

The transport connections are great! Tram and bus can be reached in 1 minute.

The apartment is in very good condition, and suitable for singles, couples and small families.

A small garden / playground with a slide and sandpit are located directly in front of the house and can be used.
