ZWISCHENMIETE/INTERMEDIATE RENT 2-room apartment Weissensee

Hey! Mein Freund und ich untervermieten spontan unsere helle und wohnliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Berlin Weissensee, da es uns für etwa 2 Monate ins Ausland zieht.
Gerne hätten wir jemanden für den gesamten Zeitraum, nach Absprache können aber Check-In und Check-Out auch flexibel sein.

Vorbei am grünen Innenhof, befindet sich im Hinterhaus im 2. Stockwerk die sanierte Altbauwohnung. Sie ist 60qm groß und teilt sich wie folgt auf:

- Küche mit diversen Geräten
- Badezimmer mit Wanne und Fenster
- Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichem großem Sofa, Fernseher und Schreibtisch
- Schlafzimmer mit einem 140x200cm Bett und Schränken

Außerdem befinden sich in der gesamten Wohnung Pflanzen, deshalb würden wir uns freuen wenn sich jemand mit halbwegs grünem Daumen um sie kümmern könnte! :)

Mietkosten pro Monat wären 1100€, wovon 200€ alle Nebenkosten wie Gas, Strom und WLAN abdecken.
Vor Einzug wäre die erste Mietzahlung fällig, sowie eine Kaution von 1000€.

Hey! My boyfriend and I spontaneously sublet our bright and homely 2-room apartment in Berlin Weissensee, because we are moving abroad for about 2 months.
We would like to have someone for the whole period, but check-in and check-out can also be flexible by arrangement.

Past the green courtyard, is in the back house on the 2nd floor of the renovated old building apartment. It is 60sqm in size and is divided as follows:

- Kitchen with various appliances
- bathroom with tub and window
- Living room with comfortable large sofa, TV and desk
- bedroom with a 140x200cm bed and wardrobes

There are also plants throughout the apartment, so we would be happy if someone with half a green thumb could take care of them! :)

Rental costs per month would be 1100€, of which 200€ covers all utilities such as gas, electricity and wifi.
To move in, the first rent payment would be due, as well as a deposit of 1000€.
